Dior Metallics, it's punk time :)))

Chic di giorno, punk la sera? Metallics, la collezione autunnale firmata Peter Philips per Dior, può essere letta in due modi: guance luminose, bocca rossa, occhi dai colori caldi (ancora rosso e marrone) per un makeup intenso e bon ton, oppure ombretti in crema dai toni metallici e freddi da applicare su occhi e labbra. L'effetto finale è piuttosto punk, ma davvero intrigante, ve lo consiglio :)))

Chic during the day, punk in the evening? Metallics, the fall line by Peter Philips for Dior, can be read in two ways: Bright cheeks, red mouth, warm red eyes - red and brown - for a intense and bon ton makeup, or metallic and cold tones in creamy eye shadows to be applied both on eyes and lips. The final effect is rather punk, but really intriguing, believe me :)))

The red shade is perfect to pop up my green eyes :)))

L'Elixir des Glaciers becomes more powerful with the bees

L'Elixir des Glaciers diventa più potente contro tempo e stress. La storica linea di Valmont, marchio svizzero nato oltre 100 anni fa e famoso per la sua clinica sulle colline di Montreux, è stata arricchita di un triplice complesso riparatore che viene dalle api: miele, propoli e pappa reale, che nutrono, riparano e leniscono la pelle.

Ottimo l'olio, soprattutto per le pelli secche come la mia. Cure Majestueuse Votre Visage contiene non solo il Complesso Essence of bees (miele, propoli e pappa reale), ma anche olio di rosa mosqueta (restaura la barriera della pelle), e olio di lino (ricco di acidi grassi). Può essere usato due volte al giorno.

Masque Majestueuex Votre Visage ha un tempo di 7 minuti: 2 per massaggiare la crema sul viso, che diventa olio, 5 di posa. Poi, con le mani inumidite, bisogna massaggiare la pelle e la crema diventa latte. Quindi si sciacqua. Gli effetti su luminosità, compattezza e tono della pelle sono evidenti anche solo dopo poco tempo. Qui sono presenti il Complesso essence of bees, liposoma di dna (idratante e rigenerante), liposoma di Rna (stimola la riparazione della pelle), agenti simbiotici (esteridi zucchero) e cera d'api (ultranutriente).

Per dare tono (ed è molto difficile) alle palpebre, lavora Sérum Majestueux Vos Yeux.  Gli effetti si vedono con l'uso costante due volte al giorno. Contiene Complesso Essence of Bees, liposoma di Dna, liposoma di Rna, oltre a peptidi per aumentare l'elasticità e la compattezza della pelle e silanolo (stimola la produzione di collagene).

I love the oil, suitable especially for dry skin like mine. Cure Majestueuse Votre Visage contains not only the complex Essence of bees (honey, propolis and royal jelly), but also rose petal oil (restoring the skin's barrier), and flax oil (rich in fatty acids). It can be used twice a day.

Masque Majestueuex Votre Visage has a 7 minute laying time: 2 to massage the face cream, which becomes oil, 5 posing. Then, with your damp hands, massage the skin and the cream becomes milk. Then rinse. Effects on glowing, compactness and skin tone are evident even after a short time.Here are the complex Essence of bees, DNA liposome (moisturizing and regenerating), RNA liposome (stimulating skin repair), symbiotic agents (sugar esterides) and beeswax (ultra-nourishing).

To give tone (and it is very difficult) to the eyelids, here comes Sérum Majestueux Vos Yeux. Effects can be noticed after a constant use twice a day. diego dalla palma milano, a sparkling summer :)))

Labbra di un intenso, morbido, corallo dal finish matte, occhi turchesi, ciglia lunghe e sexy, guance in primo piano. Mani che richiamano il verde del mare estivo. E' la Cruise Collection 2017 di diego dalla palma milano.
Delizioso il blush multicolour, permette anche di scolpire le guance, mentre lo stylo turchese mette in risalto gli occhi sulla pelle abbronzata. La mina è morbida e scrive molto bene. Da abbinare al rossetto cremoso e matte (ebbene sì, è possibile avere un effetto opaco sulle labbra senza seccarle... )  e allo smalto in tonalità, una sferzata di buon umore :)))  Notevole il mascara, che allunga e rende piene le ciglia...  Per chi ha la mano ferma, il liner liquido crea uno sguardo sexy, mentre il kajal in polvere è adatto a tutte le mani, anche alla mia... super facile da usare!

Amazing multicolour blush, it also allows to sculpt cheeks, while turquoise stylo emphasizes the eyes on tanned skin. The mine is soft and writes very well. To match with a creamy and matte lipstick (right, it is possible to have an opaque effect on the lips without drying them... ) and a nail polish in a similar shade :))) Great mascara, that lengthens and makes eyelashes full... For those who have a firm hand, the liquid liner creates a sexy look while the kajal powder is suitable for all hands, even to mine ... super easy to apply!

The brown kajal on the left is super easy to use, the intense liner on the right needs a firm hand, but the result is wow!

A great mascara to get long, black and thick eyelashes. You need a biphasic cleanser to remove it :)))

Five secrets in fruit and vegetables :)))

Ai miei figli ho insegnato che bianco, rosso, verde, giallo e blu sono i principali colori di frutta e verdura, fondamentali per mantenersi in salute. Ad ogni colore corrispondono benefici importanti.

Grazie al contenuto di acqua, vitamine, minerali e fibre, frutta e verdura sono due tipologie di alimenti indispensabili per rinforzare le difese e garantire al nostro organismo vitalità e salute. Il loro consumo quotidiano, anche sotto forma di succhi, allontana dal rischio di obesità e di alcune patologie come diabete, tumori e malattie cardiovascolari. Philips, per esempio, ha realizzato un estrattore di succo per frutta, verdura (anche a foglia) e frutta secca, che produce un liquido ricco di vitamine e fibre.

È per questi motivi che i nutrizionisti raccomandano di consumare almeno cinque porzioni al giorno di frutta e verdura. Per porzione si intende ad esempio un frutto intero oppure due-tre piccoli, un piatto di insalata e uno di verdura cotta o cruda, una macedonia o una spremuta.

Just physical filters in Omia sun lotions!!!

Omia Laboratoires mi piace per due motivi: ha solari con solo filtri fisici e non chimici e per questo rispetta la pelle e non inquina l'ambiente. Basta scuotere bene la confezione prima di aprirla per mescolare bene gli attivi. Le protezioni molto alte (io uso solo 50+ per me e per i bambini) si stendono e assorbono facilmente.
Inoltre i deodoranti sono privi di sali di alluminio e regolano il sudore veramente tutto il giorno. Di solito prodotti di questo tipo non sono molto efficaci nel tempo, ma questi lavorano bene. Le profumazioni sono leggere, adatte anche alla pelle sensibile.
Il brand bio e vegan usa nelle formulazioni olio di karité, macadamia, carota per idratare e lenire :)))

I love Omia Laboratoires because it uses only physical and non-chemical UV filters in its sun lotions and therefore respects the skin and does not pollute the environment. You have just to shake the bottle well before opening it to mix the active ingredients well. High protections - I use only 50+ for me and for my kids - can be applied esasily and absorb well.
In addition, deodorants are free of aluminum salts and protect from sweat really all day long. Usually such bio products are not very effective over time, but these work well. Scents are light, suitable also for sensitive skin. The bio and vegan brand uses shea, macadamia, carrot oil to moisturize and soothe :)))

Mavala, let's celebrate summer colors!

Mavala è un marchio svizzero che mi piace perché rispetta la pelle usando attivi naturali (quindi no petrolati, no parabeni). I prodotti per la cura dei piedi e delle mani sono davvero ottimi, molto idratanti, nutrono a fondo l'epidermide e hanno una leggera profumazione naturale.
La nuova linea Skin Vitality nasce da due tesori delle montagne svizzere: il fiore di malva e l'acqua delle alpi. La Maschera Notte Illuminante è cremosa, contiene acidi AHA micro-incapsulati con cui elimina le cellule morte rendendo la pelle più luminosa e morbida. Summer colour party at Make Up For Ever!!!

Verde acqua, viola, giallo, lilla, oro, fucsia, una festa di colori estivi!!! Ho messo alla prova le matite occhi, gli eyeliner liquidi e i blush in crema gel di Make Up For Ever in palestra col caldo dei giorni scorsi e hanno resistito perfettamente ad una sessione strong di running e pesi :)))  La linea Aqua XL è notevole, resta perfetta da mattina a sera tardi... :)))

Green water, purple, yellow, lilac, gold, fuchsia, a summer party!!! I tested the eye pencils, the liquid eyeliner and the blush from Make Up For Ever at the gym during the past super super hot days and they stayed perfectly after a strong running session :))) The Aqua XL line is really lovely, it remains perfect from morning to late evening... :)))

Great gel-cream blush in gold and pink, so easily blendable :)))
