Phyto, a super vegetal treatment for my damaged hair :)

Quando i miei capelli sottili attraversano fasi di stress sembrano fiori che non bevono da una settimana. Questa volta ho provato nutrirli con un concentrato di cheratina vegetale (Phytokératine Extreme) di Phyto. Ho abbinato lo shampoo denso alla maschera, molto cremosa, ad ogni lavaggio (ogni due giorni) dalla radice alle punte: i capelli erano nutriti dall'interno, più corposi, lisci e lucidi. La maschera da sola contiene 18 aminoacidi biomimetici, burro di sapote, olio di baobab ed estratto di peonia. Tutta la linea è formulata con l'85% di principi attivi naturali.
In alternativa, prima di asciugarli con il phon, applico la crema, molto più leggera, che li rende lisci e lucidi. I prodotti, anche se molto concentrati, non appesantiscono i capelli, anzi... :)

When my thin hair are in the miiddle of a stress stress phase, they seem flowers that do not drink for a week. This time I tried to feed them with a concentrate of vegetable Keratin (Phytokératine Extreme) from the French Phyto. I paired the dense shampoo with the mask, very creamy, each wash (every two days) from root to tip: The hair was fed from the inside, full-bodied, smooth and shiny. The mask alone contains 18 biomimetic amino acids, sapote butter, baobab oil and extract of peony. The entire line is formulated with 85% natural active ingredients.
Alternatively, before drying, I apply the cream, much more lightweight, which makesmy hair smooth and shiny. The products, although very concentrated, do not weigh down the hair... :)

The power of flowers (in a summer day at the park)

In estate la mia pelle diventa ancora più secca e le creme idratanti per il corpo spesso non sono sufficienti. Oppure hanno profumazioni che mi creano dermatiti a contatto col sudore. Da poco ho scoperto una soluzione molto interessante...

In the summer my skin becomes more dry and moisturizers for the body are not enough. They oft contain fragrances that create dermatitis in contact with my sweat. But I discovered a very interesting solution...

Huile Sensorielle della francese Lierac (in Italia è venduto in farmacia, ma si trova anche online) è un elisir composto da quattro olii (mandorla, sesamo, argan e semi di uva) che può essere steso su corpo, capelli, persino sul viso.

Huile Sensorielle by the French Lierac (in Italy it is sold in pharmacies, but you can also find it online) is an elixir composed of four oils (almond, sesame, argan and grape seeds) that can be spread on body, hair, even on the face.

E' un olio piuttosto leggero, dalla profumazione delicatissima, che per questo motivo può essere usato anche sul volto (la sera, come impacco rigenerante, è ottimo). Ho provato a spruzzarlo sul contorno occhi e sulle labbra: lenisce e rigenera la pelle senza irritare queste zone molto delicate.

It's a pretty light oil, the scent delicate, which is why it can use it on the face (in the evening as beauty treatment it is very good). I tried to spray it around the eyes and lips: It soothes and regenerates the skin without irritating these very delicate areas.

Esiste anche la versione Eau, acqua, priva di alcool, più leggera e più aromatica. Entrambe le formulazioni contengono, nelle note olfattive, tre fiori bianchi: gelsomino, gardenia e camelia scaldati dai legni.

There is also the Eau (water) version, alcohol-free, lighter and more aromatic than the oil. Both formulations contain in olfactory notes three white flowers: Jasmine, gardenia and camellia warmed by wood.

Per la mia pelle secca, l'olio è ideale, lo uso veramente ovunque, anche per ammorbidire i piedi ed elasticizzare le mani. L'acqua può essere impiegata invece come profumo leggero :)

For my dry skin, oil is the ideal, I use it everywhere, even to soften feet and make hands more elastic. The water can be used instead as a light scent :)

E adesso, i capelli! Per nutrirli e combattere la secchezza in tutto il fusto posso usare Huile Sensorielle oppure Huile Sublimante di Phyto (questo brand, assieme a Lierac, fa capo al colosso Ales Groupe molto attento nella ricerca di attivi vegetali).

And now, the hair! To nourish and fight dryness I use Huile Sensorielle or  Huile Sublimante by Phyto (this brand, along with Lierac, is part of the giant Ales Groupe, a very careful company in the search for active plants).

Questo elisir, composto da olio di perilla, buriti, annatto, camelia e germe di mais, può essere usato come impacco per i capelli (10 minuti) prima di lavarli. Attenzione a chi, come me, ha i capelli fini, meglio non usarne troppo, altrimenti si appiattiscono. Per vedere i risultati, andate a guardare l'ultima foto... Huile Sublimante può essere usato anche sul corpo, nutre bene la pelle. 

This elixir, composed of perilla, Buriti, annatto, camellia seed and corn oil, can be used as a mask for hair (leave it for 10 minutes) before washing. Who, like me, has fine hair, should not use too much product, otherwise hair will weigh down. To see the results, go and look at the last picture ... Huile sublimating can also be used on the body, it nourishes the skin well.

Huile Protectrice, invece (foto in alto), va usato prima di andare in spiaggia o in piscina, soprattutto se avete capelli colorati o fragili. Forma una pellicola sul capello evitando che il colore si ossidi, inoltre aiuta a idratare e ammorbidire la chioma grazie a cera l'oliva, estratto di calendula, salice, rosmarino e olio di ricino.

Huile Protectrice instead (pictured above) should be used before going to the beach or pool, especially if you have colored hair. It forms a film on the hair avoiding the color oxidizes, it helps moisturize and soften the hair, thanks to wax oil, calendula and willow extract, rosemary and castor oil.

Quattro maschere verdi per chiome secche e indomite

Quando mi sono trovata davanti ai quattro balsami da testare, mi sono detta: facciamo un esperimento alla cieca, senza leggere l'etichetta e vediamo il risultato. Che cosa è emerso? Che questi prodotti di Phyto, il brand verde del gruppo Alés (lo conoscete forse attraverso Lierac) hanno una caratteristica comune: sono quattro maschere per capelli, veri trattamenti di bellezza.
La texture è cremosa, la profumazione leggera, non invadente. Tutti i prodotti districano bene i capelli (io li ho sottili, colorati, ribelli, tendono a incresparsi) e anche in buona dose da impacco non appesantiscono la chioma, ma la nutrono in profondità lasciandola bella lucente. E, come le maschere, man mano che si usano ristrutturano il capello, che diventa sempre più bello e sano (wow!).

When I saw the four balms to be tested, I said to myself: Let's use them blindly, without reading the label and see the result. And then? Vi consiglio proprio di provare la linea, ne vale la pena. Ma c'è differenza fra un balsamo è l'altro? Hydratation e Réparateur si assomigliano (ma Réparateur ha un effetto più marcato): nutrono e lucidano. Il primo con olio di ricino, di jojoba e semi di Angelica (rafforzano le cuticole). Il secondo a base di cheratina vegetale, acido ialuronico, ceramidi, estratti del melograno e viola del pensiero (emolliente).

Please try the line, it's worth it. But is there a difference between a balm and the other? Hydratation and Réparateur are similar (but Réparateur has a more pronounced effect): They nourish and shine. The first has castor oil, jojoba oil and seeds of Angelica (reinforcing the cuticle). The second contains plant-based keratin, hyaluronic acid, ceramides, pomegranate extracts and pansy (emollient).

Volume mask leaves hair soft and hairy ma a little...wild! Hydrating one is rich in castor and jojoba oil and smoothes hair :)

Eclat couleur protegge i capelli tinti con vitamina C (olivello spinoso), pectina (del pompelmo), mucillagine (degli acidi di hibiscus, ammorbidente). Davvero adatto ai capelli sottili è Volume, che solleva le radici e rende leggera e voluminosa la testa. Governa però poco le chiome indomite. Con alga rossa e sambuco.

Eclat couleur protects colored hair with vitamin C (sea buckthorn), pectin (grapefruit), mucilage (hibiscus acid, softener). Really suitable for thin hair is Volume, which raises the roots and makes them light and a voluminous head. But hair is left a little wild... With red seaweed and elder.

Phyto, nove piante per rigenerare i capelli

Capelli idratati e forti come la modella di Phyto?

Una crema con nove piante per nutrire la fibra delle chiome ultra-secche. Leggera, per nulla oleosa, adatta anche a chi, come, me ha capelli molto fini. Li ammorbidisce e nutre senza appesantirli, non bisogna poi effettuare un altro risciacquo. Si tratta di Phyto 9, un super cult dei laboratori Phyto di Parigi (è un brand di Alès Groupe), oggi riproposta nella versione originaria. Priva di siliconi, contiene olio di macadamia, soia, calendula, bardana e mucillagine vegetale.  
Si può usare in due modi: con i capelli bagnati e tamponati oppure asciutti. Io ho provato entrambe le maniere durante lo stesso lavaggio, visto che l'aria troppo calda del phon mi aveva rovinato le punte. La crema (ne basta molto poca) ha rimpolpato e lucidato il capello asciugandosi in fretta. 

 

Phyto 7 è la versione più leggera di Phyto 9

A silicone free, leave-in cream for very dry hair. Phyto 9 by the French Phyto (Alès Groupe) is a combination of macadamia oil and plant extracts such as soybean, calendula, burdock and mallow. I tried Phyto 9 on my towel-dried hair. My fingers slid through tangles with little or no coaxing. The best thing was, it did not weigh down my fine hair. I used it again on my dried hair, because the air dryer had damaged it. In the end my hair was smooth and shiny.

Utile al mare e in città il Siero solare con estratto di girasole

Adatto anche alle chiome dei maschi dei bambini, Phytoplage Voile siero solare con estratto di girasole crea un leggero scudo idratante anti-sale e anti-cloro per i capelli normali e secchi. Utile al mare d'estate, ma anche in piscina tutto l'anno. Contiene un filtro Uv.

Phytoplage protective sun veil is a light, non-greasy spray useful for both beach and city (pool). This veil forms an invisible screen to protect hair. It contains sunflower extract and a Uv filter.

Shampoo-doccia reidratante

Per ristrutturare e rigenerare la chioma dopo lo stress del sole, la linea Phytoplage offre un valido aiuto. I prodotti sono a base di Kérarice, un estratto di riso simile alla cheratina. Lo Shampoo-doccia reidratante corpo e capelli contiene anche midollo di bambù. A base di elementi vetegali naturali, non schiuma molto, ma pulisce bene. Deterge poi il corpo con delicatezza. La profumazione è appena accennata.
