FEDUA, super glossy nail polishes, African inspired :)))

Uno smalto molto glossy, dai colori intensi, a lunga tenuta, attento alle unghie. Quindi privo di formaldeide, toluene, canfora, resina. E’ Fedua, nato dall’idea di Luca Gonzini, laurea in economia, ultima generazione di una famiglia che da 50 anni guida lo storico Colorificio Gonzini di Botticino, a Brescia.

Luca è stato colpito in Marocco dalle donne che lavorano le noci dell’argan e ha voluto dedicare il suo brand a questo Paese: Fedua è un nome di donna in marocchino.

Basta mettere la base, una sola passata di colore e di nuovo la base che funge anche da top coat per avere mani brillanti per diversi giorni. Questi smalti mi sono piaciuti davvero molto :)))

A very glossy , richly colored, long-lasting, nail polish. That is without formaldehyde, toluene, camphor, resin. It’s Fedua, a Italian brand created by Luca Gonzini, degree in economics, the latest generation of a family that for 50 years has led Colorificio Gonzini.

Luca was shot in Morocco by the women who work the nuts of argan and has dedicated its brand in this country: Fedua is a woman's name in Morocco.

Just put the base, a single stroke and again the base that also acts as a top coat to have shining hands for several days.  I like these nail polishes very much :) ) )

My Essie cashmere hands :)))

Sono davvero smalti particolari, hanno un finish opaco e satinato. Così non li avevo mai visti. E' la collezione Cashmere Matte di Essie, disponibile solo nei nail bar. Ho usato diversi colori sulla stessa mano, ormai lo faccio da anni, per poterle vestire come un abito :)))
Si stendono facilmente, ci vogliono due passate per rendere al massimo il colore (tre per quello bianco). E si tolgono con altrettanta facilità, le nuance chiare anche solo con le unghie. Sotto lo stress della tastiera e dopo il cambio degli armadi mi sono durati 24 ore perfetti :)))

These nail polishes are really special, have a matte and satin finish. Brand new for me...  It's the collection Cashmere Matte from Essie, available only in nail bars. I used different colors on the same hand, I've been doing it since years, as they were on outfit :))) 
You can apply them easily, it takes two coats to bring out the whole shade (three for white). And you take them off easily as well, the light ones even with your nails. Under the stress of the keyboard and after the change of the cabinets they stayed 24 hours perfect :)))

Playing with colors!!!

Avevo unghie bellissime, un mese fa. Poi uno smalto semipermanente me le ha indebolite e rotte nel giro di una settimana :((( Potete vedere in fondo al post il disastro. C'è ancora del colore sul mignolo, non sono riuscita a toglierlo!
Una volta pulite le unghie, ho provato il trattamento rinforzante al calcio di p2 cosmetics, il brand austriaco venduto in Italia da Ovs e Coin. Sono meravigliata, ha un effetto indurente immediato... A quel punto via con l'esperimento: sulla destra, che è la mano più malconcia, ho provato il rosso ad asciugatura veloce. Stendere il colore sul trattamento non è facilissimo, perché il calcio tende a frenare il pennellino. Ho dato una sola passata, aspettato 5 minuti (le unghie erano asciutte) e sopra ho steso il top coat.
Sulla sinistra ho alternato invece la versione glitterata (adorabile!) al nude, anche in questo caso una sola volta. Dopo diverse ore di lavoro al pc, ho capito che il rosso aveva bisogno della seconda passata. La farò domani, con calma...
Quanto alla limetta: fantastica, attenzione che funziona fin troppo bene!

I had beautiful nails, a month ago. Then a semi-permanent polish weakened and broke them within a week : ((( You can see the effect at the bottom of the post. There is still some color on the little finger, I could not take it off!
Once cleaned my nails, I tried the strengthening treatment by p2 cosmetics, the Austrian brand. Wow, it has a quick hardening effect... Then away with the experiment: On the right, which is the most damaged one, I tried the quick-drying red. It was not so easy to lay the color above the treatment, because calcium tends to slow down the brush. I put one layer, I waited 5 minutes (the nails were dry) and above the top coat.
I then alternated on the the left hand the glittery nail polish (lovely!) and the nude shade. After several hours writing on the computer, I realized that the red needed the second layer. I will do it tomorrow, with calm...
As for the lime: Great, watch out, 'cause it works too well!

Colors, colors, on my hands :)))

Un giorno stavo intervistando un petroliere, ero interessata ai conti delle sue raffinerie. Invece di concentrarsi a rispondere, quest'uomo era rapito dallo smalto azzurro delle mie mani. Devo dire che avevo fatto un lavoro perfetto: base, due mani di colore, top coat. Questa volta, causa circolo vizioso lavoro-figli-lavoro-figli, il tempo di eseguire una manicure come si deve mancava. Per fortuna che gli smalti di Opi qui sotto hanno colori intensi, è bastata una sola mano. Mi piace usare il top coat anche da solo, per un effetto vedo-non-vedo...
Il giorno che ho steso i colori, la mano destra era rossa, la sinistra viola: i colleghi al lavoro mi guardavano con aria strana. Ho pensato: mica solo le fashion blogger possono ideare look diversi, no???

One day I was interviewing an oilman, I was interested in the accounts of its refineries. Instead of focusing on replying, this man was fascinated by blue nailpolish of my hands. I must admit that I had done a perfect job: Base, two coats of color, top coat. This time, due to the vicious circle work-children-work-children, the time to perform a good manicure lacked. Fortunately, Opi nail polishes have intense colors, one coat was enough. I like to use the top coat even alone, for a light effect. The day I painted the nails in the pics below, the right hand was red, the left purple: My colleagues at work looked at me with a strange air. I thought that not only fashion bloggers can show different outfits, right???

Here too: No time, just one coat. Life can be so complicated...

Drops of fuchsia nail polish on a cyclamen leaf

Gocce di smalto fucsia su una foglia di ciclamino di montagna: appartengono a Thank Glogg, It's Friday, una delle 12 nuance della nuova collezione Opi, Nordic. L'altro colore che ho provato è un oro caldo molto natalizio, Opi with a Nice Finn-ish.
Gli smalti hanno un colore saturo, sono molto densi ma facilmente stendibili, basta una sola passata. Mi raccomando di usare poco prodotto e di proteggerlo alla fine con un glossy top coat. A me sono durati due giorni prima di incrinarsi in punta, considerando che lavoro sulla tastiera 12 ore al giorno e ho figli piccoli :)

Drops of fuchsia nail polish on a mountain cyclamen leaf: They belong to Thank Glogg, It's Friday, one of the 12 shades of the new collection by Opi, Nordic. The other color I tried is a very warm golden Christmas shade, Opi with a Nice Finn-ish.  
The nail polishes have a saturated color, are very dense but easily to apply. Just once is enough. I highly recommend you use a little product and protect it at the end with a glossy top coat. It lasted two days before cracking on the top, but please notice that I work on the keyboard 12 hours a day and I have young children :)
