Three tips how to use micellar water :)

Pulire bene il viso è il primo gesto di bellezza. E l’acqua micellare aiuta molto, perché agisce in maniera efficace ed è veloce. Però bisogna saperla usare correttamente, per non irritare la pelle, come spiega Garnier.

Ecco alcuni consigli utili per usare al meglio l’acqua micellare:

1. Le micelle agiscono come magneti attirando le impurità e catturandole al loro interno. La soluzione acquosa che le contiene le trascina via delicatamente. In questo modo non bisogna strofinare la pelle, basta appoggiare il dischetto imbevuto per esempio sugli occhi lasciando che l’acqua micellare agisca.

2. Ecco perché è meglio evitare gesti di sfregamento circolari e orizzontali sugli occhi, che possono irritarli. Se il mascara è waterproof, il consiglio è di prendere un altro dischetto imbevuto di acqua micellare e posizionarlo alla base delle ciglia per rimuovere  anche le ultime tracce di makeup.

3. Dopo aver pulito a fondo la pelle bisognerebbe usare sempre e ad ogni età una crema idratante. E’ un ottimo investimento a lungo termine nella propria bellezza :)

Cleaning well your skin is the first gesture of beauty. And micellar water helps a lot, because it acts effectively and fast. But one must know how to use it properly in order not to irritate the skin, as Garnier explains it. Here are some helpful tips how to use micellar water correctly:

1. Micelles act as magnets attracting impurities and catching them inside. That is why you should not rub the skin, just put the soaked pad on the eyes letting the micellar water act. 
2. Please avoid circular and horizontal gestures of rubbing the eyes, which can irritate them. If the mascara is waterproof, the advice is to take another disk soaked in micellar water and place it at the base of the lashes to remove even the last traces of makeup. 

3. After you have thoroughly cleaned the skin,  put a good moisturizer  at any age. It 'a great long-term investment in your  beauty :)

Uriage, a cleansing line with thermal water :)))

L'acqua micellare è una grande scoperta, perché le particelle (micelle) sospese nella soluzione incorporano i residui grassi di makeup e sebo. Però può essere aggressiva nei confronti delle pelli delicate.
I Laboratoires Dermatologiques d’Uriage hanno creato tre diversi tipi di acqua micellare (pelle mista, normale/secca, soggetta ad arrossamenti), tutti a base di acqua termale delle fonti di Uriage. Un’acqua unica al mondo perché in sintonia con la pelle grazie alle sue proprietà isotoniche, è quindi idratante e ricca di minerali.
Tutti i prodotti della linea puliscono molto bene il viso e gli occhi, anche il mascara waterproof. Per la mia pelle sensibile preferisco la versione per la cute delicata, è arricchita con glicerina ed estratto di albicocca con effetti lenitivi ed elastitizzanti.
Ottimo anche l'olio, con vitamina E e mirtillo rosso, antiossidanti e illuminanti.

Un'acqua micellare gentile ed efficace

Avendo la pelle delicata, il mio rapporto con le acque micellari è controverso: se non sono davvero molto delicate, finiscono col seccarmi e irritarmi il viso. Sono quindi felice di aver trovato una coppia di prodotti per la detergenza davvero buoni. Fanno parte della linea Pur di Galénic, marchio del colosso farmaceutico francese Pierre Fabre molto attento alle pelli sensibili.

Having a sensitive skin, my relationship with micellar waters is controversial: If they are not very delicate, they irritate my face. I'am therefore so happy to have found a really good couple of products for cleansing. They belong to the line Pur of Galénic, a brand of the French pharmaceutical giant Pierre Fabre, very attentive to sensitive skins.

L'acqua micellare ha due punti di forza: pulisce bene sia viso che occhi ma non irrita o pizzica. Inoltre non lascia la pelle appicicaticcia. Contiene fiori bianchi, la profumazione è molto delicata.

The micellar water has two pluses: It cleans the face but that does not irritate the eyes or pinches. It also does not leave your skin sticky. It contains white flowers, the scent is very delicate.

E' da tempo che non uso un tonico, perché oggi molti prodotti sono 2 in 1, lo contengono. Questo, invece, è un classico stand alone. Regala freschezza al volto e ha un leggero effetto lenitivo. Contiene acqua distillata di rose (addolcente) e acqua floreale di meliloto (per una pelle morbida).

It's a long time since I haven't used a tonic, because today many products are 2-in-1, they simply contain it. This, however, is a classic stand alone that gives freshness to the face and has a slight soothing effect.
