Wet or dry? The super palette by Smashbox!

Asciutto o bagnato? Direi entrambi, nello stesso makeup. Smashbox ha creato una bella palette innovativa a doppio uso, Double Exposure. E' composta da colori caldi e freddi, matte e satinati. Una volta bagnato il pennello del box, le tonalità diventano molto più intense e luccicanti. Io uso di solito i colori chiari asciutti per creare la base, quelli più scuri a formare la mezzaluna sotto le sopracciglia e poi uso bagnata una tonalità chiara per illuminare la zona vicino all'occhio e, sempre wet, una molto scura come eyeliner. Niente matita, il risultato è un po' più delicato (lo vedete in fondo al post).
Più leggera di un fondotinta, dalla texture acquosa, ma coprente a seconda di quanto prodotto si usa: é Camera Ready BB Water con un ottimo Spf 30.
Davvero divertente e facile da usare Stet-by-step Contour Stick Trio, in un'unica confezione vi sono tre matite jumbo da lavorare con le dita per il contouring. Quella più scura la adopero nell'incavo sotto lo zigomo, quella intermedia sugli zigomi come blush e sul contorno del viso. La più chiara va sotto l'occhio a formare un triangolo con la punta all'ingiù per illuminare il viso, sulla fronte fra le sopracciglia e sulla piega naso labiale :)))

Wet or dry? I would say both, in the same makeup. Smashbox has created a beautiful, innovative dual-use palette, Double Exposure. It's composed of warm and cool, matte and satin colors. Once wet the brush in the box, the tone becomes much more intense and shiny. I usually use light colors to create a dry basis, the darker ones to form the crescent under the eyebrows and then wet a light shade to illuminate the area near the eye and, always wet, a very dark eyeliner. No pencil, the result is a bit more delicate (see the pics at the bottom of the post).Lighter than a foundation, watery texture, but covering depending on how much product is used, it's Camera Ready BB Water with a good SPF 30.Really fun and easy Stet-by-step Contour Stick Trio, in one package there are three jumbo pencils to work with your fingers for contouring. I use the darker under the cheekbone, the intermediate as blush on the cheekbones and on the contour of the face. The clearest goes under the eye to form a triangle pointing downward to illuminate, on the forehead between the eyebrows and on the fold between nose and lips :)))

My lovely, so imperfect nude look by Collistar :)))

Doveva essere un nude look perfetto, ma mi sono guardata allo specchio e sembravo uno zombie. Allora ho deciso di usare un ombretto scuro come liner e sostituire il rossetto color carne con un gloss rosato. Il risultato è quello che vedete nelle foto in fondo al post :)))

Ho lavorato con la nuova collezione di makeup Collistar, un brand 100% italiano, tutta dedicata al nude. Il lato forte della linea è la correzione: molti prodotti lavorano per creare un colorito omogeneo e coprono molto bene imperfezioni e discromie. A partire dal fondotinta con Spf 15+ e, nel pack, un correttore occhi ottimo, fino alla base antiage per le labbra e il liquido che copre le singole imperfezioni. La terra è molto bella, permette di giocare in maniera semplice col contouring :)))

La collezione di makeup primavera-estate sarà invece ispirata alla mitica Fiat 500: Collistar ha appena annunciato l’accordo con Fca per creare una collezione dedicata alla dolce vita e al fashion, TI AMO 500. La campagna sarà dedicata al fotografo Max Cardelli, la modella è Lidia Comini. La jv fa parte del progetto Ti Amo Italia, che vede Collistar promuovere le eccellenze made in Italy.

It had to be a perfect nude makeup, but I looked like a zombie. So I decided to use a dark eye shadow as a liner and replace the nude lipstick with a  pink gloss. You can see the result in the pics at the bottom of the post :)))
I worked with the new makeup collection by Collistar, a 100% Italian brand distributed worldwide, played on the  nude effect. The strong side of the line is correction: products work to create a homogeneous skin and cover imperfections very well. Starting from foundation with SPF 15+ and, in the pack, a good eye concealer, to the anti-aging base for lip and the liquid that covers single spots. The powder is very great, you can play with the two shades and contour easily :)))

The makeup spring-summer collection will be inspired by the iconic Fiat 500: Collistar has just announced an agreement with Fca to create a collection dedicated to the "dolce vita" and fashion, that is I LOVE 500. The photographer is Max Cardelli, the model Lidia Comini. The joint venture belongs to the project I Love Italy, thanks to which Collistar promotes the made in Italy.

Pretty Day and Pretty Night with Clarins :)))

Pretty Day e Pretty Night, due mini palettes comodissime da infilare anche in borsa che Clarins ha realizzato per il suo look autunnale. I colori sono caldi, morbidi, scriventi e si sfumano anche solo con le dita.  Ho realizzato due look con questa collezione: il primo usando l’ombretto mono grigio scuro come liner su una base chiara presa dalla palette Day. Il secondo, invece, prendendo il marrone testa di moro della palette Night sempre come liner e usando le tonalità mielate di quella Day sul resto dell’occhio.

Sopracciglia pettinate e ridisegnate con l’apposita penna :)

Pretty Day and Pretty Night, two super lovely mini palettes to slip in the bag. They're part of the fall look from Clarins. Colors are warm, soft, writing, can be blended easily with the fingers. I made two looks: the first using the dark gray mono eyeshadow as a liner on a clear base from the Day palette. The second taking the dark brown from the Night palette as a liner and using the honey shades from the Day one on the rest of the eye.

Then eyebrows combed and re-designed with the  pen :)

Fall, warm colors... diego dalla palma Milano makeup :)

Verde bosco e rosso mattone per un makeup autunnale. Giocando con i colori di diego dalla palma Milano ho messo in risalto gli occhi con una penna verde molto morbida dai pigmenti intensi che restano perfetti per ore. Sotto, appena una sfumatura di nero con il liner, per non appesantire lo sguardo.
E le labbra??? Nella versione soft sono nude, grazie all'abbinamento di matita marrone sfumata con le dita (ops!!! i makeup artist mi rimprovereranno molto... ) e un rosssetto appena rosato molto nutriente. Nella versione strong ho usato la nuance geisha noir,  intrigante. E' un rossetto liquido dal finish matt a lunga durata, che mi affascina.
Sulle mani, tre tonalità in gradazione dal rosa al rosso scuro, che adoro combinare assieme. Gli smalti hanno un pennellino largo e piatto extra comodo e colori intensi e glossy. Due passate sono perfette per durare a lungo anche si lavora molte ore alla tastiera :))) 

Forest green and brick red for a fall makeup. Playing with colors from diego dalla palma Milano I emphasized the eyes with a very soft green pen that has intense pigments which stay perfect for hours. Below, just a shade of black with the liner.
And the lips??? In the soft version they are naked, thanks to the combination of a brown pencil blended with my fingers (oops!!! makeup artists will reproach me... ) and a pinkish nourishing lipstick. 
In the second version I used the stronger nuance "geisha noir", so intriguing... It's a liquid long lasting lipstick with a matt finish, which fascinates me.
On the hands, three shades in gradation from pink to dark red, that I love to combine together. The nail polishes have a wide, flat extra comfortable brush and rich and glossy shades. Two coats are perfect and last long even tough you work many hours on the keyboard :)))
