Something soft and fresh on my skin :)

Questa volta non parto dai solari, che peraltro sono fondamentali per la nostra pelle tutti i giorni dell'anno per proteggerla dal fotoinvecchiamento. Ma da un siero dopo sole particolarmente fresco e lenitivo adatto anche alle pelli sensibili come la mia. Lo si può usare tranquillamente come base idratante anche in città. E' Il Siero-crema di Planter's, una società italiana che lavora con gli attivi naturali e vende in tutto il mondo. I suoi prodotti non contengono parabeni :)

This time I do not start from sun creams, that are so important for our skin every day of the year to protect it from photo-aging. But I want to speak of a after sun serum particularly fresh, soothing and suitable for sensitive skins like mine. It can be used as a moisturizing base also in the city. It's the Serum-Cream by Planter's, an Italian company that works with natural active ingredients and sells all over the world. Its products do not contain parabens :)

Questo siero è appena profumato, leggero al tocco, si stende con grande facilità su viso e collo. Contiene fitosteroli vegetali, olio di mandorle dolci, burro di karité, vitamina E, pantenolo, allantoina. E l'1% di acido ialuronico puro di nuova generazione (è un attivo biotech che viene assorbito meglio dalla pelle rispetto un tempo). Quindi il siero ha di fatto azione antiaging.

This serum is just scented, light to the touch, spreads very easily on face and neck. It contains plant phytosterols, sweet almond oil, shea butter, vitamin E, panthenol, allantoin. And the 1% hyaluronic pure acid of new generation (it is a biotech active that is better absorbed by the skin than once). Thus, the serum has anti-aging action.

Per il corpo, l'emulsione doposole è cremosa e soffice, una coccola per la pelle. E' stata fatta con acido ialuronico, vitamina E, olio di mandorle dolci, alfa bisabolo estratto dalla camomilla e allatoina. 

For the body, the after sun emulsion is creamy and soft, a pampering for the skin. It's made with hyaluronic acid, vitamin E, sweet almond oil, alpha bisabolol from chamomile extract and allatoina.

Quando è ora dei solari, non ho dubbi: per me 50+, un po' per la pelle chiara, un po' per proteggere i nei (ci si abbronza lo stesso, con più gradualità...). Questa crema solare che vedete nella foto sopra ha filtri Uva e Uvb e resiste bene all'acqua.

On sun screen protection I have no doubt that 50+ is the right one for me, for my clear skin and to protect moles (you get tanned the same, more slowly... ). This sun cream that you see in the picture above has UVA and UVB filters and resists water well.

Il solare è appena profumato e ha una texture molto cremosa. Anche in questo caso contiene acido ialuronico e vitamina E.

Shiseido in the Tuscany countryside (Maremma!)

Ho la pelle color latte, sono soggetta ad eritemi eppure mi piace il sole... Qualche giorno fa sono stata in Toscana, nella selvaggia Maremma, dove, più che internet, corrono i cinghiali... Su una bella collina vicino a Suvereto ho fatto diversi bagni in una bio-piscina, è acqua di lago pulita da piante speciali e ninfee. Per proteggermi la pelle, ho usato la protezione 50+ di Shiseido.

I have a milky skin, subject to rashes and yet I love the sun... A few days ago I was in Tuscany, in the wild Maremma, where more than the internet, here run boars... On a beautiful hill near Suvereto I made several sunbaths in a bio-pool made of lake water cleaned by special plants and water lilies. E' un latte extra-extra fluido, leggerissimo. Poco prodotto copre una buona superficie. Si assorbe all'istante e protegge molto, anche dopo il bagno e la doccia successiva, lascia la pelle morbida. Protegge dai raggi Uva e Uvb, oltre ad essere arricchito da un complesso antiossidante. E' decisamente adatto agli sportivi.

Io uso le protezioni più alte, 50+ e, quando sono abbronzata, la 30+, ma la linea sole di Shiseido ha formulazioni con Spf più bassi.

The foundation has a light color

Il fondotinta ha un finish mat, una coprenza variabile da leggera a media, minimizza così le imperfezioni e regala un colorito molto delicato. Contiene elementi idratanti e non lascia alcun effetto oleoso.
