Something soft and fresh on my skin :)

Questa volta non parto dai solari, che peraltro sono fondamentali per la nostra pelle tutti i giorni dell'anno per proteggerla dal fotoinvecchiamento. Ma da un siero dopo sole particolarmente fresco e lenitivo adatto anche alle pelli sensibili come la mia. Lo si può usare tranquillamente come base idratante anche in città. E' Il Siero-crema di Planter's, una società italiana che lavora con gli attivi naturali e vende in tutto il mondo. I suoi prodotti non contengono parabeni :)

This time I do not start from sun creams, that are so important for our skin every day of the year to protect it from photo-aging. Questo siero è appena profumato, leggero al tocco, si stende con grande facilità su viso e collo. Contiene fitosteroli vegetali, olio di mandorle dolci, burro di karité, vitamina E, pantenolo, allantoina. E l'1% di acido ialuronico puro di nuova generazione (è un attivo biotech che viene assorbito meglio dalla pelle rispetto un tempo). Quindi il siero ha di fatto azione antiaging.

This serum is just scented, light to the touch, spreads very easily on face and neck. It contains plant phytosterols, sweet almond oil, shea butter, vitamin E, panthenol, allantoin. And the 1% hyaluronic pure acid of new generation (it is a biotech active that is better absorbed by the skin than once). Thus, the serum has anti-aging action.

Quando è ora dei solari, non ho dubbi: per me 50+, un po' per la pelle chiara, un po' per proteggere i nei (ci si abbronza lo stesso, con più gradualità...). Questa crema solare che vedete nella foto sopra ha filtri Uva e Uvb e resiste bene all'acqua.

On sun screen protection I have no doubt that 50+ is the right one for me, for my clear skin and to protect moles (you get tanned the same, more slowly... ). This sun cream that you see in the picture above has UVA and UVB filters and resists water well.

Il solare è appena profumato e ha una texture molto cremosa. Anche in questo caso contiene acido ialuronico e vitamina E.

La BB eye cream è molto interessante. Perché unisce le caratteristiche di Reduction gel, defatiganti, con quelle di un copriocchiaie. A base di olio di mirtillo e vitamina E. Il colore è unico, va bene anche per le pelli chiare. Se venisse proposto nel formato penna tipo Touche Eclat oppure come fosse un gloss, credo che le prestazioni potrebbero senza dubbio aumentare.

The BB eye cream is very attractive. Because it combines characteristics of Reduction gel and those of a dark spots covering. Enriched with blueberry oil and vitamin E. The color is unique, it's good for fair skin. If it would be suggested  in the format of a Touche Eclat pen or would be like a gloss, I think the performance could undoubtedly increase.

Quando le ho viste al Park Hyatt, uno degli hotel più esclusivi di Milano, era mezzogiorno. E loro stavano allungando le mani per prendere alcuni mini sandwich imbottiti di maionese. Ho esordito con, “Caspita, le Miss mangiano davvero”. Giulia Arena, miss Italia, ha sorriso, “Scusate ho fame”. Miss Cinema, Lara Quercioli, ha aggiunto, “Dopo tante interviste, mi è venuto appetito”. Avrebbero avuto ancora diverse ore di lavoro, erano lì come testimonial di Planter's, la società italiana che sponsorizza Miss Italia.

When I saw them at the Park Hyatt, one of the most exclusive hotels in Milan, it was noon. And they were stretching their hands to pick up some mini sandwiches stuffed with mayonnaise. O a sedute estenuanti di attività sportiva per mantenere il fisico (ok, a 19 anni è lecito). Giulia corre col bel tempo, Lara va in palestra (“Ma niente di eccessivo”).

Giulia frequenta la facoltà di giurisprudenza internazionale alla Cattolica di Milano. “Avrei voluto intraprendere la carriera diplomatica, ma è complicata e poco compatibile col mio titolo”. Ed è molto fiera di essere all'altezza del padre Diego, tenente colonnello della Guardia di Finanza a Messina. Dalla Sicilia si è spostata a Milano (“Molti amici mi hanno seguita”) per studiare e lavorare, ma ha già trascorso diversi periodi all'estero negli Usa e in Canada perfezionando l'inglese.

Toscana, sta studiando a Firenze per diventare make up artist. “Se non sfondo nel cinema come attrice, posso sempre lavorare nel backstage come truccatrice”, dice sorridendo. E' innamorata dei risotti che prepara il padre, pompiere. E come make up artist in erba, che consigli darebbe alle sue coetanee? “Siete giovani, truccatevi poco, evitate soprattutto i mascheroni”. 

And Lara? A happy beauty. From Tuscany, she is studying in Florence to become a makeup artist. “If I don't have success as an actress, I can always work as a makeup artist in the backstage”, she says smiling. Lara loves risotto cooked by her father, a firefighter. And as a future make-up artist, what advice would you give to your peers? “You are young, please you just a little makeup, otherwise you would look like a mask!”.
