Three tips how to use micellar water :)

Pulire bene il viso è il primo gesto di bellezza. E l’acqua micellare aiuta molto, perché agisce in maniera efficace ed è veloce. Però bisogna saperla usare correttamente, per non irritare la pelle, come spiega Garnier.

Ecco alcuni consigli utili per usare al meglio l’acqua micellare:

1. Le micelle agiscono come magneti attirando le impurità e catturandole al loro interno. La soluzione acquosa che le contiene le trascina via delicatamente. In questo modo non bisogna strofinare la pelle, basta appoggiare il dischetto imbevuto per esempio sugli occhi lasciando che l’acqua micellare agisca.

2. Ecco perché è meglio evitare gesti di sfregamento circolari e orizzontali sugli occhi, che possono irritarli. Se il mascara è waterproof, il consiglio è di prendere un altro dischetto imbevuto di acqua micellare e posizionarlo alla base delle ciglia per rimuovere  anche le ultime tracce di makeup.

3. Dopo aver pulito a fondo la pelle bisognerebbe usare sempre e ad ogni età una crema idratante. E’ un ottimo investimento a lungo termine nella propria bellezza :)

Mama Mio and your skin will Lookfantastic:)

Otto anni fa Sian, Tanya, Kathy e Jill, tre donne inglesi e una californiana, hanno dato vita a Mama Mio, un brand di prodotti per mamme molto attento agli ingredienti. Quindi NO petrolati, parabeni, coloranti, Peg, profumi sintetici…
Sono creme estremamente delicate ricche di elementi bio come burro di karité, olio  di argan, di noce di cocco, avocado, oliva, mandorla.  I profumi sono molto delicati (fondamentale in gravidanza, io ho sempre avuto molte nausee), la texture nutriente. Inoltre si assorbono con facilità. Secondo me non vanno bene solo in gravidanza, ma anche durante le diete, perché le creme sono elasticizzanti. Shiseido, the power of RED!

Rosso, simbolo del Giappone, cuore della bandiera nazionale, ma anche simbolo di felicità e fortuna. Rossi sono i Torii, i portali posti davanti ai santuari per respingere gli spiriti maligni e al rosso Shiseido dedica una collezione di splendidi rossetti, Rouge Rouge. Sedici tonalità divise in quattro categorie: Magnetica, Passionale, Romantica, Misteriosa. Tutti con una chiusura  comoda magnetica del cappuccio.
I colori sono decisamente saturi, durano molte ore, anche ad acqua e caffé. Morbidi, molto idratanti, contengono acido ialuronico e non sbavano. Si adattano a tutte le carnagioni :)))

L'Erbolario, the power of goji berries :)

Ha almeno il 98% di ingredienti di origine naturale la linea Goji de L'Erbolario. Ricca di sostanze vegetali fra cui le bacche di goji (un concentrato di vitamina C) e maqui, la camomilla, il succo di aloe, soia, avena, mais. Lo shampoo fa poca schiuma, lava bene ed è molto delicato con i capelli. Abbinato al balsamo, li rende lucidi e morbidi. Usati  entrambi con regolarità, li ristrutturano. Tutti i giorni mangi anche una decina di bacche di goji, un aiuto eccezionale per la mia sinusite: respiro molto meglio e non uso più farmaci...
Per allungare l'estate e l'abbronzatura, trovo intelligenti le terre solari, quella de L'Erbolario contiene anche curcuma e semi di girasole, oltre ad una protezione Spf 15.
Quanto ai solari, oggi non proteggono solo dai pericolosi raggi Uva e Uvb, ma hanno effetto curativo sulla pelle grazie a burro di karité e olio di argan. Io li consiglio non solo al mare ma anche in città, come fanno in Giappone e nel Sudest asiatico, è un investimento a lunghissimo termine sulla propria bellezza :)))
