Turchese, pesca, beige e tanti pois sulle mani... E' Milky Dots, la collezione estate del makeup firmato Dior. Viso leggermente abbronzato, occhi in grande evidenza, labbra dolci e lucenti... Semplicemente adorabile :)))

Turquoise, peach, beige and many polka dots on the hands... It's Milky Dots, the summer makeup collection  from Dior. Slightly tanned face, eyes in evidence, sweet and shiny lips... So lovely :)))

The darker shades on the cheecks, the lighter ones on the forhead and chin to get a chic-tanned skin :)

So watery and hydrating...

Sparkling lips with Clarins!

Menthol and argan to nourish my hair :)

Mentolo per stimolare le radici, olio di argan per nutrire e lucidare. E’ la cura che sto facendo per rinforzare i capelli in vista del grande stress, il caldo. Un dermatologo mi ha spiegato che agire sulla caduta ad agosto serve poco, bisogna cominciare prima dell’estate.

Ad aiutarmi, due linee di Creattiva Professional. Erilia Therapy Kopexil unisce l’estrema freschezza di eucaliptolo e mentolo con  guaranà, zenzero e un brevetto (Kopexil) che agiscono sui bulbi per allungare la vita del capello e lo rinforzano. Qui uso shampoo e fluido. Sui capelli bagnati passo Adorable BB Cream, una crema extra leggera a base di argan che lucida, protegge dal phon e aiuta a lisciare i capelli.

Il risultato lo vedete in fondo al post. A questo abbino poi una dieta mirata che aiuta a rinforzare unghie e capelli… :)

Menthol to stimulate the roots, argan oil to nourish and polish. The aim is to strengthen my hair before the Great Stress, the summer heat. A dermatologist told me that if I act in August, when hair starts falling, it works not so much, you have to start the cure in May. 

Two lines from the Italian brand Creattiva Professional help me. Erilia Kopexil Therapy combines the freshness of eucalyptol and menthol with guarana, ginger and a patent (Kopexil) that act on the bulbs to lengthen the life of the hair and strengthen it. Here I use shampoo and fluid. On wet hair I apply Adorable BB Cream, an extra light cream based on argan oil that polishes, protects from hair dryer and helps smooth. You can see the result at the bottom of the post. To this I match then a diet that helps me strengthen nails and hair :)
