Deodorants, with or without aluminum salts?

Qualche giorno fa sono andata a fare un'ecografia mammaria e ho colto l'occasione per chiedere al medico se i sali di alluminio hanno un legame comprovato dalla scienza con il cancro. Perché anche di questo sono stati accusati. E la dottoressa ha risposto che per ora non esistono evidenze. Ho tirato un sospiro di sollievo, visto che per presentarmi da lei, dopo mezz'ora di bici sotto il sole cocente del primo pomeriggio, avevo dovuto scegliere un deodorante delicato ma con la presenza di alluminio nell'Inci. Si tratta dei deodoranti Borotalco di Manetti & Roberts con microtalco, che assorbe molto bene il sudore e regola la traspirazione tutto il giorno in maniera perfetta. Spesso ho reazioni allergiche ai sali di alluminio, si formano fastidiose bolle sulla pelle, ma con Borotalco mi trovo bene.
Quando non devo fare lunghe traversate sotto il sole preferisco però usare Neutro Roberts nella formula senza alluminio e senza parabeni. Delicatissimo, non ha profumazioni e dura diverse ore, non tutto il giorno :)

A few days ago I went for an ultrasound breast visit and I took the opportunity to ask the doctor if aluminum salts have a link proven by science with cancer. They are accused of being dangerous. And the doctor replied that for now there is no evidence. I breathed a sigh of relief, since I had used a deodorant with aluminium salts before going to the hospital by bike under the summer sun. It is Borotalco deodorant from Manetti & Roberts with microtalc, which absorbs the sweat very well and regulates perspiration all day perfectly. I often have allergic reactions to aluminum salts, annoying little bubbles grow on the skin, but with Borotalco I feel good.  When I do not risk to sweat in the sun, I prefer to use Neutro Roberts that has an aluminum-free and paraben-free formula. Delicate, fragrance-free, it lasts several hours, not all day :)
