Ecco due possibili pensieri per Natale, anche in abbinata. Una palette occhi easy to go, con le tonalità basic dei toni caldi, dall'oro al nero, per uno sguardo più grafico. Adatta a chi non ha molta dimestichezza col make up o che sta cominciando ad avvicinarsi al mondo dei trucchi. Regina dell'oro è stata creata da Aquolina, brand del gruppo italiano Paglieri. Le creme giorno e notte sono due, con texture leggermente diverse. Le ho provate e riprovate entrambe e alla fine mi trovo meglio con Gel crema fondente per pelli nornali e miste, secondo me più nutriente rispetto alla Crema vellutata giorno e notte. Anche se è proprio la seconda che, arricchita con olio di marula e burro di karité (oltre a D-Glyox e acido ialuronico) dovrebbe essere quella più adatta alla mia pelle sottile e tendente a seccarsi col freddo.

Adatta anche a chi non vuole realizzare un make up troppo grafico ma da ufficio.

Capelli in caduta libera? La forza di Klorane

Il flacone dura 12 settimane

Sottili, stanchi, in caduta. Erano i miei capelli un paio di mesi fa a causa dell'allattamento. Il multivitaminico che prendevo tutti i giorni non era sufficiente. E così ho deciso di iniziare una cura seria di supporto che fosse compatibile col mio stato. Ho scelto Trattamento d'urto contro la caduta dei capelli di Klorane. Mi attiravano due aspetti: è un marchio del gruppo farmaceutico Pierre Fabre, famoso per la ricerca sui fito-derivati. Inoltre questo prodotto è protetto da un brevetto interessante. 

Thin, tired, falling. It was my hair a few months ago because of breastfeeding. The multivitamin I was taking every day was not enough. And so I decided to start a therapy compatible with my status. I chose Shock Treatment Against Hair Care by Klorane. I was drawn by two aspects: It is a brand of the pharmaceutical group Pierre Fabre, famous for research on phyto-derivatives. In addition, this product is protected by an interesting patent.

Lo shampoo alla chinina e alle vitamine B

Com'è andata la cura? Applicando il liquido tre volte la settimana con regolarità e usando in abbinata lo Shampoo alla chinina (alternato ad altri prodotti, per non creare assefuazione), dopo un mese la caduta si è arrestata al 70%. Dopo due, al 90%. E, fatto molto importante, sono cresciuti ciuffi di capelli nuovi. Il protocollo suggerisce di fare la cura per un mese e mezzo. Il flacone è programmato per arrivare a 12 settimane. Il trattamento è un liquido leggero che non appiccica i capelli. Ha un piccolo effetto fissante. Lo shampoo, invece, dalla colorazione scura e texture densa, crea un discreta schiuma, lava bene e lascia i capelli soffici.

How is the therapy? Applying the liquid three times a week with regularity and using it in combination with the Quinine Shampoo (alternating it with other products, not to create addiction), after one month the fall was arrested at 70%. After two, at 90%. And, very important, new hair was growing. The protocol suggests to go on for a month and a half. The bottle is scheduled to arrive at 12 weeks. The treatment is light and not skicky at all. The shampoo, from the dark colour and dense texture, washes well and leaves hair soft.

Il brevetto. Associa chinina a caffeina. Quest'ultima aumenta fino a 8 volte l'assorbimento transcutaneo della prima, che lavora per stimolare i bulbi nella ricrescita. Inoltre le vitamine B3 e B5 aiutano a rinforzare e a idratare il capello.

The patent associates quinine to caffeine. This increases to 8 times the transcutaneous absorption of the first, which works to stimulate regrowth in the bulbs. In addition, vitamins B3 and B5 help strengthen and hydrate the hair.

Evviva il maltempo di Fiona Danks e Jo Schofield (editoriale scienza) è un bellissimo libro di 130 pagine, che insegna in maniera del tutto semplice come sfruttare pioggia, vento, freddo, gelo, neve e divertirsi in maniera sana con quello che si trova in mezzo al verde. Senza ammalarsi!

Come trasformare una noiosa giornata di pioggia

Si può fare come Peppa Pig e saltellare nelle pozzanghere di fango (opportunamente vestiti, s'intende), costruire un condotto per l'acqua con bottiglie di plastica, rami e scatolette di latta. Realizzare decorazioni con terra e acqua, creare un'orchestra di utensili da cucina appesi ai rami degli alberi. Oppure gustosi lecca lecca di caramello sul ghiaccio...

Delarom abbatte le macchie cutanee

E' possibile avere un viso senza macchie?

Fastidiose macchie sul viso o sulle mani? Esiste oggi un siero in grado di schiarirle subito di due toni, un risultato notevole. La media di mercato, infatti, riesce ad abbassarle di una tonalità, a parte i marchi di lusso. Si tratta di Sérum Infini White di Delarom, azienda francese molto attenta agli attivi naturali. Questo prodotto è privo di siliconi, fenossietanolo e profumazioni.

Schiarisce di due toni

Il siero, consistente ma leggero nella stesura, può essere usato su tutto il viso o anche sulle mani, con un effetto illuminante. Ho preferito sempre metterlo mirato sulle macchie. Dopo aver usato gli schiarenti bisogna essere accorti nell'esposizione al sole e proteggersi con un Spf. Uno degli attivi principali è un'alga bruna, Dictyopteris Membranacea (controlla i geni responsabili della melanogenesi) e un gruppo di estratti vegetali quali pisello, puppolo, kiwi, che inibiscono la sintesi della melanina.

The serum, consistent but light when applying, can be used all over the face or hands, with a brightening effect. I have always preferred to put it only on spots. After using a brightening product you have to protect yourself with an Spf. One of the main actives is a brown seaweed, Dictyopteris membranous (it controls genes responsible for melanogenesis) and a group of plant extracts such as pea, puppolo, kiwi, which inhibit the synthesis of melanin.

Contro le smagliature cattive, Mederma

Le smagliature sono una brutta bestia, posso dirlo? Diversi anni fa usavo con regolarità creme per farle scomparire, ma i risultati non mi piacevano molto. Quando ho avuto l'occasione di provare Mederma Smagliature, un prodotto di Merz protetto da brevetto, mi sono chiesta: avrà un effetto concreto?

Stretch marks are an ugly beast, may I say it? Several years ago I was using creams regularly to make them disappear, but I did no like the results very much. When I had the chance to try Mederma Smagliature, a product of Merz protected by patent, I wondered, will it have a real effect?

Protetto da brevetto

L'ho usata tutti i giorni con metodo sulle aree più critiche: smagliature larghe, lunghe, bianche lattiginose. E ho osato metterla anche sulle cicatrici provocate dall'uso di un busto ortopedico da ragazzina. Nei primi venti giorni potevo notare una pelle più morbida ed elastica. Ma le smagliature erano ancora lì. Verso la fine della quarta settimana mi sono accorta che la pelle era cambiata. Le smagliature e le cicatrici si erano notevolmente ridotte in larghezza, avevano finalmente preso un colore roseo più simile a quello della pelle sana, e sembravano appiattite. In sintesi: si vedevano molto meno.

I used it every day on the most critical areas: Wide, long, milky-white stretches. And I even dared to put it on the scars caused by the use of a corset as a young girl. In the first twenty days I could notice a soft skin. But stretch marks were still there. Towards the end of the fourth week I noticed that the skin had changed. Stretch marks and scars were significantly reduced in width, had finally taken a more rosy color similar to that of healthy skin, and looked flattened. In summary: You could see a lot less.

Che cosa contiene il prodotto? Cepalin, un estratto vegetale brevettato che agisce sui fibroblasti, acido ialuronico e centella asiatica, ad azione levigante e lenitiva. Può essere usato sia in gravidanza che durante l'allattamento.

The product has been made with Cepalin, a patented plant extract that acts on fibroblasts, hyaluronic acid and centella asiatica, with smoothing and soothing effect. It can be used during pregnancy and breast-feeding.

Contro arrossamenti e dermatiti, Babygella

Morbida, facilmente spalmabile, con un grande effetto anti-arrossamento. E' Babygella Silver crema lenitiva di Rottapharm Madaus. La sto usando tutti i giorni da diverse settimane sulla cute di mio figlio di sei mesi perennemente arrossata a causa dei denti che non vogliono spuntare. Il flacone airless, poi, è molto comodo, perché permette di dosarla con una mano direttamente sulla pelle del bambino mentre si può usare l'altra per tenere ferme le gambine.

Comoda, con argento colloidale

Che cosa contiene? Argento colloidale (antimicrobico) ossido di zinco al 4% (lenitivo), pantenolo e vitamina E (protettivi, antiossidanti), bisabolo (anti-arrossamento), olio di mandorle dolce e miele. Non ci sono parabeni né allergeni.

Col 10% di zinco, anche nelle dermatiti da contatto

L'altra crema che adopero quando la cute del piccolo si irrita molto è Babygella Pasta protettiva. Contiene zinco al 10% ma, a differenza di molti prodotti simili sul mercato, è decisamente più morbida da stendere (è arricchita con olio di mandorle dolci). Va usata nella dermatite da pannolino e, fuori dall'ambito pediatrico, in caso di dermatiti da contatto e nella rosacea. E' un ottimo prodotto a mio avviso.
