This is the Brenta, one of the main Italian rivers. I chose its fresh waters to tell the story of an innovative cream, which has different algae among the actives, and that of an Italian soldier in mission in Afghanistan, who told me about his life while I was taking the pictures for this post.
Blue Therapy Lift & Blur by Biotherm is just out on the market and has two pluses: A silk texture to the touch and on the face, and an effect of brightness and filler very evident. The skin appears immediately awakened and expression lines softened. How is it possible?
Here comes the microalgae A.Flos aquae of the Upper Klamath Lake in Oregon. Appeared on Earth 3.5 billion years ago, it produces oxygen. From this is derived RetinoBlu, an acive that increases cell proliferation, while macroalgae L.Ochroleuca and the Di-Peptide have firming effect and keep skin supple. The Life-Plankton defends it from oxidation. A group of polymers, finally, penetrates deep and fills wrinkles.
The products I've tried are the cream day and night, from the super soft and silky texture, I apply it in speed and it absorbs instantly. The effect of light on the face is immediate. Really interesting the filler, thick and almost dry: It must be tapped (not applied) around the eyes, forehead and where you want to work on the signs of the time. It penetrates immediately and creates a substantial filler, stretching the skin and leaving it soft to the touch.
While I was photographing the filler, a young just bearded guy appeared and, pointing to my children, who were playing next to me, said that he was an Italian soldier just back from Afghanistan, where he had seen the horrors of the war. "These fundamentalists are very dangerous, I'm a soldier to give a future of peace, I hope, to your children", he told me. He was a sergeant on leave, gone to visit his parents before leaving for Afghanistan again.
He revealed his name, that I did not want to remember, in order not to read it one day on the pages of a newspaper among those of the Italians dead. in war.
Thanks to my little son Lorenzo, 8 years, who took this last pic of me :)
