Klorane Peony line, when terrible insects attack hair...

Ho dovuto tagliare i capelli da poco, dopo l'attacco per nulla piacevole di terribili insetti, i pidocchi, portati a casa dal piccolo Raffaele, che ora ha 4 anni. Il trattamento per soffocarli è stato lungo, un mese, e alla fine i capelli erano sfibrati. Non solo. La schiuma applicata per combatterli mi ha lasciato la cute molto irritata.
Ecco perché ho usato nell'ultimo periodo la linea alla Peonia di Klorane, visto che questo bellissimo fiore che adoro anche per il suo profumo è usato in Asia per le proprietà calmanti. La specie Lactiflora Pall è caratterizzata da un'alta percentuale di peoniflorina, molecola le cui proprietà calmanti e anti radicali liberi sono state provate a livello scientifico. Questa peonia viene coltivata in Cina nelle province di Shaanxi e Gansi rispettando l'ecosistema e raccolta secondo un disciplinare preciso.
Devo dire che già lo shampoo da solo, che ha una texture molto delicata, funziona bene e lenisce il fastidio sulla cute. Il gel da applicare sui capelli bagnati li rende belli lucidi. E il siero in spray aiuta a rinforzare e ad allungare nel tempo la sensazione di cute fresca.
Ho tagliato i capelli anche a Raffaele... a lui molto molto corti...

I had to cut my hair short after the attack of the lice, terrible insects brought home by my little Raffaele, who is now 4 years old. The treatment to suffocate them was long, it lasted a month, and finally hair was damaged and fragile. Not only. The foam used to fight the insects left my skin very irritated. That is why I used the Peony line from Klorane, since this beautiful flower that I love so much for its perfume is also used in Asia thanks to its calming properties. I have to say that the shampoo alone, which has a very delicate texture, works well and soothes the annoyance on the skin. The gel to apply on wet hair makes them beautiful and glossy. And the serum in spray helps strengthen and lengthen the feeling of fresh skin over time. I cut hair even to Raffaele... very very short...

Da qualche settimana sto usando la linea Tonucia per ridare un po' di energia ai miei capelli ultra sottili, colorati e ribelli. Il risultato lo vedete in fondo al post.
Tonucia Trattamento intensivo antiage è pensata per chi è sotto stress, mangia male, fuma, vive in grandi città cariche di inquinamento. La linea contiene principi attivi come gli olii essenziali di arancio e lavanda con proprietà tonificanti e stimolanti del microcircolo cutaneo, oltre al cimentrio, un biomimetico che simula il cemento intercellulare (complesso naturale brevettato che ripristina l'integrità dello stelo), oltre a microproteine del grano (riparano la struttura proteica dello stelo).

Rene Furterer, two ways to fight hair loss without stress :)))

Quest'anno ho deciso di affrontare il problema della caduta dei capelli con due mosse. Ho iniziato una cura quotidiana di integratori (Rene Furterer Vitalfan antichute progressive) e, dopo due mesi, ho aggiunto il trattamento in fiale sul cuoio capelluto (RF 80 atipie energie, una fiala la settimana). Gli effetti?  E' caduta la metà dei capelli che di solito perdo da agosto in poi e il tempo di caduta anche in questo caso si è dimezzato. Devo proseguire con un altro mese di capsule (la cura dura tre mesi) e due di fiale. Mi pare che i capelli stiano riacquistano energia.
Entrambi i prodotti lavorano contro la caduta occasionale determinata da stress o gravidanza, non sono indicati per eventuali patologie. Vitalfan antichute progressive (una scatola, 30 caspule) contiene vitamine del gruppo B, E, zinco, per aiutare il capello a riacquistare cheratina e quindi densità, mentre RF 80 atipie energie (ogni confezione sono 3 mesi di trattamento) è a base di estratto di Pfaffia, il ginseng brasiliano che attiva il microcircolo (un principio brevettato), salvia (ha proprietà antibatteriche e stimola il cuoio capelluto) e limone (la sua scorza racchiude gli oli essenziali, con proprietà stimolanti e antimicrobiche).
Devo dire che l'abbinamento dei due prodotti è ottimo, e che, a differenza dei trattamenti classici anticaduta, è più facile e meno stressante da fare grazie alle capsule da ingerire e alle fiale da usare una sola volta la settimana (inoltre sono in plastica, non in vetro, facili da aprire e non ci si taglia) e non tre come spesso capita. I started a daily care of supplements (Rene Furterer Vitalfan antichute progressive) and, after two months, I added the treatment in vials on the scalp (RF80 atipie energie, a vial a week). The effects? It has fallenl half of the hair which usually I lose from August onwards and the fall time also in this case halved. I have to continue with another month of capsules (the care lasts three months) and two of vials. It seems to me that the hair is regaining energy.Both products work against the occasional fall determined by stress or pregnancy, are not suitable for any diseases. Avéne, green and powerful sunscreens :)

I solari Avéne sono potenti (proteggono dai raggi Uva, Uvb, infrarossi e dalla luce visibile), leggeri (hanno solo 4 filtri stabili) e green (aderiscono a Pur Project per ricostruire la barriera corallina in Indonesia). Sono privi di siliconi (che inquinano) e non contengono filtri idrosolubili per proteggere il mare.

Ottimi sulla pelle chiara dei miei figli (e anche sulla mia, molto sensibile), li uso da anni al mare... :)

Privo di siliconi è anche Lumicia di René Furterer (come Avéne è un brand del gruppo francese Pierre Fabre), che contiene attivi 100% vegetali. Ottimo in estate, perché rende molto lucidi i capelli grazie all'alcolato di Fioravanti (estratto elaborato nel 16° secolo) e all'aceto di acerola (ricco di acidi della frutta). Andrebbe usato sui capelli bagnati e risciacquato con acqua fredda, che io non amo molto. Funziona però bene sui capelli tamponati e poi basta un passaggio di phon...

Una settimana prima di esporsi al sole, sono utili (per evitare anche la dermatite)  le pastiglie di Vitalfan Solaire a base di carotenoidi e un anti-ossidante, il selenio.

Avéne sunscreens are powerful (they protect against UVA, UVB, infrared and visible light), light (they only have 4 permanent filters) and green (the brand joins Pur Project to rebuild the reef in Indonesia). They are free of silicons (that pollutes) and do not contain water-soluble filters to protect the sea.
Great on fair skin of my children (and even on my very sensitive), I've been using them for years at the sea ... :)
Free of silicons is also Lumicia from René Furterer (like Avéne it is a brand of the French group Pierre Fabre), which contains 100% green actives. Great in the summer, it makes my hair very shiny thanks to alcolato of Fioravanti (an extract developed in the 16th century) and acerola vinegar (rich in fruit acids). It should be used on wet hair and rinsed with cold water, that I do not love. But it works well on damp hair and then you just have to use the dryer ...
A week before exposure to the sun, tablets of Vitalfan Solaire are useful (to avoid even dermatitis). They're a based on carotenoids and on an anti-oxidant, selenium.

Stop violence against women!

Il 25 novembre è la giornata mondiale contro la violenza sulle donne. Una violenza che spesso nasce a parole, poi diventa fisica. E che può portare alla morte. Escape to Tahiti!

Chissà se andò mai a Tahiti... Nel frattempo, posso sentire il dolce profumo del Monoi, un olio ottenuto dalla macerazione dei fiori di tiare, contenuto nei solari Polysianes di Klorane. Dal tocco secco, idrata molto bene la pelle e anche i capelli proteggendoli dal sole.
Esiste la versione in gel fresco, Gelée Nacrée, una crema con effetti iridescenti sulla pelle ed elasticizzante. Da alternare :)
Molto adatta alle cuti sensibili come la mia, la crema leggera per il viso di Galénic con un Spf 50+ che protegge dal fotoinvecchiamento e dalle macchie solari. Contiene l'Uncaria dell'Amazzonia, un fiore tenacissimo che con le sue spine si arrampica fino a 50 metri di altezza. Storicamente è usato dai peruviani per proteggere la pelle dal sole. La consiglierei anche in città tutto l'anno :)))

I wonder if I ever will go to Tahiti... In the meantime, I can feel the sweet smell of Monoi, an oil obtained by macerating tiare flowers, contained in solar Polysianes by Klorane. Dry touch, it moisturizes the skin very well and even the hair protecting them from the sun.
You can get the fresh gel available version, Gelée Nacrée, a cream with iridescent and elasticity effects on the skin. To alternate :)
Very suitable for sensitive skins like mine, the light cream for the face by Galénic with an SPF 50+ that protects from photoaging and sunspots. It contains Uncaria from the Amazon forest, a tenacious flower that with its thorns climbs up to 50 meters high. Historically it used by Peruvians to protect their skin from the sun. I would also recommend it in the city throughout the year :)))

How to protect my hair from sun rays :)

Quest'anno ho voluto fare un esperimento: usare i prodotti per il mare prima di partire. Da un paio di mesi ho i capelli molto secchi e sofferenti. Prima di andare a correre al parco, spruzzo l'olio della linea Solaire di Rene Furterer (priva di siliconi, biodegradabile, si trova in farmacia) come maschera. Ha una caratteristica unica, il Keratin Protectin Factor, un indice brevettato che stabilisce quanta cheratina (ovvero la base stessa del capello) viene persa al sole. Quest'olio ha una protezione KPF del 90%, quasi totale.
Sotto la doccia, lo shampoo della stessa linea è fantastico: denso e cremoso, deterge e nel contempo cura. E' a base di di cera di jojoba, così come la maschera per capelli, che uso sempre alla fine. Il risultato lo vedete in fondo al post :)

This year I wanted to do an experiment: I started using the hair products for sea before going on vacation. Since a couple of months I have had very dry hair. Before going to run to the park, I spray the oil by Rene Furterer from the line Solaire (all products are free of silicons, and biodegradable) as a mask. It has a unique feature, the Keratin Protectin Factor, a proprietary index that determines how much keratin (which is the very basis of the hair) is lost in the sun. This oil has a protection KPF 90%, almost total. 
In the shower, I use the shampoo from the same line, it's great: So creamy, it cleans and at the same time takes care of my hair. The shampoo is based on jojoba wax, as well as the mask for the hair, which I always put in the end. You can see the result in the bottom of the post :)
