Seven tips to be beautiful without surgery :)

When I met this woman, who was wearing a white coat of doctors and two comfortable pairs of running shoes, I pinched  her cheek. "It is firm?", she asked. "Now try it with your own." Mine, by comparison, was the mozzarella cheese on the pizza. Why then?
Dvora Ancona is an aesthetic doctor, very famous in Italy, she works with newspapers and television programms. She travelled around the world from United States to South America learning the latest techniques to solve skin problems at every age. As the special peeling or laser of the latest generation, techniques that are minimally invasive or not invasive. Always avoiding surgery.
"Carne, magari bianca, o, in alternativa, pesce".

So why is not my cheek as firm as baby's bottom? Because I do not eat enough proteins, she replied. "Meat, better if white, or, alternatively, fish", she told me. Legumes are good, but as a support. Dvora, for example, has a diet based on fish and vegetables.
This Israeli-born doctor, who works in the exclusive Via Turati in Milan, wrote a very good book, which I read three times: Beautiful without surgery. A very interesting part concerns the prevention, at any age (preferably at a young age), starting from the table and the lifestyle. Because, as always repeats Dvora Ancona, "Getting old yes, but in a beautiful way :)
What are, then, the tips to immediately improve your skin's appearance?

1) Less carbohydrates, but of good quality. So fresh seasonal fruit, preferably organic (you can even eat the peel, rich in minerals), legumes and whole grains. They increase the blood glucose in a controlled way by holding it for several hours and do not create hunger pangs. They avoid dangerous peaks which lead to chronic inflammation harmful to internal organs and promote an environment where cancer can arise.

2) Eat more protetins. It's also good for the B-side! Okay the red or the white meat without fat (it seems that it has inflammatory effects), very good is fish.

3) Puntate sui grassi buoni.

3) Choose good fats: Extra virgin olive oil and those oils that contain Omega 3 (they have anti inflammatory effect) such as salmon, anchovies, sardines, cod, trout.
4) Scegliete frutta e verdura di tutti i colori. Giallo, rosso, arancio, quindi: peperoni, pomodori, albicocche, carote, fragole, melone.

4) Choose fruits and vegetables of all colors. Yellow, red, orange: Peppers, tomatoes, apricots, carrots, strawberries, melon. It keeps young thanks to the presence, for example, of carotenoids, which reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases and lung and breast tumors.

5) Bevete tanta acqua.

5) Drink plenty of water. It contains calcium, which is essential for bones at all ages. Great is green tea, rich in flavonoids, which are important natural antioxidants.

6) Do not forget minerals. They are primarily in fruits and vegetables: Magnesium, for example, lowers blood pressure and case protects against cardiovascular disease; folic acid (vitamin B9) counteracts homocysteine, a substance linked to stroke and heart attack.

7) Muovetevi!!!

7) Move! If this is not the gym or running, at least 30 minutes a day of walking at a good pace.

xoxo!
