Scent of... Artemisia!

Fresco, frizzante, poi floreale, un po' dolce ma non troppo, infine delicatamente caldo. E un pizzico sexy. E' 67, il profumo creato da Annick Menardo, autrice di una lunga serie di essenze per conto dei maggiori marchi mondiali.

 

Fresh, bitter-crispy, then floral, sweet but not too much, finally gently warm. And a little bit sexy. It's '67, the perfume created by Annick Menardo, author of a long series of essences on behalf of the biggest brands in the world.

Questa volta Menardo ha lavorato per Pomellato, il gioielliere italiano famoso in tutto il mondo. E ha realizzato un'essenza molto particolare. Prima di tutto perché è unisex, fatto piuttosto raro nella profumeria tradizionale. Di solito sono i marchi di nicchia, sperimentali, a ideare essenze per lei e per lui.

This time Menardo worked for Pomellato, the Italian jeweler famous all over the world. It has created a very special essence. First of all because it is unisex, quite rare in traditional perfumery.  Usually only niche brands create scents for her and for him.

E poi perchè nella piramide olfattiva compare, nelle note di cuore, inattesa, l'artemisia, una pianta perenne che cresce nel Mediterraneo e conferisce un aroma fresco, amaro, legnoso. Qui viene abbinata all'assenzio, dal sentore fruttato e addolcita da gelsomino e violetta.

And then because in the olfactory pyramid appears, in the heart notes, unexpected, artemisia, a perennial plant that grows in the Mediterranean area and gives a fresh, bitter, woody aroma. Here it is combined with wormwood, and softened by the fruity scent of jasmine and violet.

67 apre fresco, con limone, menta e neroli. Ma la scia di fondo, che crea la persistenza, è a base di legno di ulivo, patchouli, vetiver e musk che scaldano e rendono sexy il profumo.

67 opens fresh with lemon, mint and neroli. But the bottom, which creates persistence, is made of olive-wood, patchouli, vetiver and musk that make it warm and sexy.
